Dates may be extended by mutual agreement between the members of the steering committee. The mandate of the technical committee may be changed from time to time by mutual agreement between the members of the steering committee. (a) Except in the event of an emergency, recall, custody arrangement or mutual, the employer must, as far as possible, inform at least twelve (12) hours in advance of the condition of overtime. A worker may benefit from unpaid training leave for different periods up to one (1) renewable year by mutual agreement to visit an accredited institution for additional or specific studies in an area of education where special preparation is required to better fulfill his or her current role or to carry out studies in a field in order to provide a service that the employer needs or plans to provide. 34.03 The deadlines set in this proceeding may be extended by mutual agreement between the employer and the worker and, if necessary, the representative of the institute. 3.5. The DDAA will record all cases of conflict or incompatibility between this policy and this legislation, collective agreements or political instruments of the Ministry of Finance and/or the political instruments of the DDAA and will present this note as part of the performance assessment covered in point 7.9 of this directive. Notwithstanding the „job security” section of the collective agreement, this labour adjustment annex is a priority in the event of a conflict between this labour adjustment annex and this article. 7.4.5. In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 7.4.2 and 7.4.3, DDAA will ensure that workers have guidelines consistent with collective agreements and the Communications Management Directive to help them determine the types of public communications for which disclosure from the supervisory/management authority is desirable, as well as the appropriate time and form of such communications.
